If they have the right tools to handle people, then it makes your job easier and it also allows the ERP to be used in a better fashion.

Being Decisive

As you start working with a consultant, you will realise that their job is more than just telling you how a particular software has to be used. They also have to be able to make decisions. And very often, this needs to be done quickly based on the urgency of the situation. So, you would want a candidate who can be decisive in their actions. If the person is someone who dawdles too much to make their mind up, it cost you precious time and money. Think of these two factors before you settle on any consultant.
